6/63:  graduated RR High School.

9/63-6-65:  attended Olivet Nazarene University.

9/65:  married Janice Chisholm. 1/66-5/66:  attended Michigan State University.

9/66-1/67:  returned to Olivet Nazarene University. 1/67-12/68:  U. S. Army (mostly at Fort Benning, GA).

12/68:  moved back to Memphis where family and wife resided.  I have been here since.

1/69:  began accounting career in Memphis.  Worked for General Electric Company in Memphis until June 1973 in General Accounting.

9/69:  returned to college part time, work full time.

3/70:  son, Jeffrey Wayne born in Memphis. 6/71:  divorced from Janice.

7/73-7/74:  employed by Kemmons-Wilson, Inc., real estate developer, as Accounting Manager.

8/74:  BBA in accounting from Memphis State University (now University of Memphis).

1/75-4/81:  employed by W. R. Grace & Co., Inc., first as a Senior Auditor and ending as Audit Manager.

11/75-present:  married to Jean Kindig.

10/79:  licensed as a Certified Public Accountant by the State of Tennessee, though never practiced publicly.  I have worked in private industry throughout my career.

4/81-7/84:  employed by Mid-South Milling Co., Inc., as Controller.

/84-present:  employed by Ring Can Corporation, as Secretary-Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer.
