Hello to all my Roosy Roads classmates! I was #60 on the Football team I believe it was in 1970. (“Rein Green Fighting Machine”) is what we called ourselves. On the 26th of August 1971, I enlisted in the U.S. Army at Fort Buchanan, in San Juan. As a patriot, I wanted to serve in Viet Nam. After my training as a flight control repairman (Avionics) the war ended and I found my self in a post war quagmire of military life too late to serve in the war, but just in time to be stigmatized as a Viet Nam Vet. In 1976, I left the Army after my second tour to attend a trade school in electronics/computer technology. I married a few times and am presently single. Places I have lived since leaving PR is SC, GA, South Korea, KS, Germany, NJ, NC, NY, CA, and now Utah since 2005. Presently I am a student at Dixie State College of UT and have obtained 106.5 GPA hours out of 120 needed to get my sheep skin. My field of study is an Integrated Studies program majoring in Business Administration/Biology. Other then school I have kept busy as Director of Professional Development for the Utah Wing in the Civil Air Patrol, which is the official auxiliary of U.S. Air Force. As I look back, none of us ever knew what the future was going to bring, but we were young and bold and we jumped in with both feet!
