Poco Teed
Jan. 29, 1959 - May 28, 2007

Port Townsend resident Poco Teed died of causes, related to a congenital heart disease. He was 48.

He was born in Norfolk, Va., to Richard Matthew and Alicia M. (Gonzalez del Toro) Teed.

He was raised in Puerto Rico and came the United States in 1977, living in Texas, Florida and Eastern Washington.

In 1985, Mr. Teed settled in Port Townsend, where he married Lila Schulz on May 5, 1991.

Mr. Teed was a jeweler, an ornament fabricator for Brass One, a candlemaker and manager for Coyote Found Candles.

He was an employee and owner in the Sunshine Propane Cooperative from 1996 to 2007, working as facilities manager and gas technician as well as over-the-counter sales, purchasing and dispensing.

Survivors include his wife of Port Townsend; son Danniel Schulz of Bothell; daughter Dolphin of the Olympia area; his parents; brother and sister-in-law Bruce and Cyndi Black Teed of Columbia, Tenn.; and brother and sister-in-law Tom and Sindy Teed, and sister-in-law Helen Teed and brother Larry Teed, all of Pensacola, Fla.

He was preceded in death by brother Rik Teed.

Services: Sunday, June 10, 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., memorial at Fog Farm, left end of Crutcher Road, Port Townsend.

Inurnment June 9 at Bayview Memorial Park Cemetery, Pensacola, Fla., with reception following at McGuire's Irish Pub in Pensacola.

Kosec Funeral Home, Port Townsend is in charge of local arrangements.
