Biography of Dennis Birtwhistle (The short version) After departing Rosy Roads, my stepfather retired to Jacksonville Florida were I graduated from Fletcher High School in Atlantic Beach Florida. I joined the Army the summer of 1973. I ended up stay in the Army for 22 years. While in the Army I was stationed all over the world places like Key West Fla, Texas, Germany and Korea, SWA. Most of my time I was stationed in Germany where I meet my future wife. At 23 I married Adelgunde Kuehn, we remained married for 22 years. I have two children, Marcus, 20 years old who currently lives with me in Richmond Virginia and attends college, my daughter Yvette, 16 years old, decided to stay with her mother in Germany. After attending Central Texas College, Saint Leo College I finally graduated from University Of Maryland, this took time to do since I was a part time student for about 15 years. After I retired from the Army, I decided to remain in Germany with my family and worked for the U.S. Government as a contractor. After the end of my marriage, I returned to Jacksonville Florida and became a bum/biker and did the Dayton thing and just bummed around for about 3 months. After three months of that I decided to get my life back on track and started working for a computer consult firm in Richmond Virginia. After a year and a half of on the road traveling all over the world again, I applied for a government job, which I got and currently working as a Logistical Analyst for the Defense Supply Center in Richmond Virginia. I still enjoy parting and having a good time for an old man, and the highlight of the year is the class reunion of 2000…… Party on dudes….
